Orders

How long does it take for my order to ship?

When you place an order with Caloandco, we need to process it first. The processing typically takes 7–10 business days. If for any reason the processing time exceeds this, we'll send you an update via email. Shipping duration will depend on your location. For more details on the expected shipping time, Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.

Where is my order?

The total receiving time includes both processing and shipping. For processing, it usually takes 7–10 business days to prepare your items. If you have ordered handmade, hand-painted, or customized products, please allow an additional 7–10 days for production, which will be specified in the product description.
To track your order, log into your account, go to "My Orders," and click the "Track Order Details" button. You can also check the Shipping Info page for more detailed timelines.

Change/modify the order (color, item, address, etc.)

Yes, you can make changes to your order. You can modify the size or color of an item, remove an item, or update your shipping address. Please contact us via Live Chat to request any changes.
Please note that changes can only be made before your order is shipped. Once the package is shipped, we are unable to modify the order.

Why didn’t I get an email about my order delivery?

After placing your order, we may need 7–10 business days to prepare it, which is our processing time to ensure everything is accurate. For handmade or customized items, additional time (7–10 days) may be required. Please note that this processing time does not include the shipping time.
You will receive an email notification after your order is shipped or if there are any delays. Make sure you’re checking the correct email inbox, and don’t forget to look in your spam folder as well.
If you haven’t received an email within fifteen days of placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team via Live Chat or Email.

What are your shipping cost?

At Caloandco, we offer free shipping on all orders! The cost will be displayed at checkout if any additional charges apply for special handling or delivery options.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After processing, shipping within the United States typically takes 20-31 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Caloandco ships to selected international destinations.
Within 1-2 business days, after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
We apologize that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered.

Can I track my order online?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. Within 1-2 business days, after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives with any damage, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Why is my package status showing delivered but not delivered?

Sometimes, packages are delivered to your mailbox or left in another area around your home. Please check your mailbox and any other areas where packages are typically left. You can also check the status with the shipping company using your tracking number. To find your tracking number, click "Track Order Details" under "My Orders."
If you still can't find your package, please contact our Customer Care Team via Live Chat or Ticket for further assistance.

Why did I receive my order in separate packages or unassembled?

Due to international shipping policies, customs regulations, and packaging considerations, item(s) in your order may be shipped in separate packages and may not arrive as fully assembled units. We will notify you when a separated shipping is applied on your order(s) and you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee for it.

Could I get any compensation if there is a shipping delay?

Compensation Guidelines for Delivery Delays:
- Delay within 7 days of the estimated delivery date: Considered within the normal range no compensation provided.

- Delay of 8–14 days: We will provide a small gift as a gesture of goodwill.

- Delay of 15–21 days: You will receive a partial refund of 5% of the product price (up to $20), plus an additional coupon for your next purchase.

- Delay of 22–35 days: You will receive a partial refund of 10% of the product price (up to $50), plus an additional coupon for your next purchase.

- Delay over 35 days: Please contact us directly. We will provide a discount of up to 15% of the item price (up to $100), along with an additional coupon for your next order.

Important Notes:
Only orders delayed due to shipping/logistics reasons are applied for this policy. Orders delayed due to incomplete shipping information or missed delivery attempts are not eligible for compensation.
Compensation is calculated based on the item price you have paid for, excluding shipping fee and applied coupon. (i.e. The total amount of one order is $120, including $100 for the item price, and $20 for an international shipping, the final refund will be based on $100, instad of $120)

Payment & Promos

Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?

Generally, our customers are not charged any tariffs. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, this can occasionally happen. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and more payment options are being added regularly.

Can I use one more than one discount?

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If you have multiple coupon codes, you may use them on your next purchase.

Are the product colors exactly as shown in the pictures?

We aim to represent colors as accurately as possible in our product images. However, slight variations may occur due to natural differences in materials such as wood grain or fabric texture, as well as lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

What materials are used in this product?

Caloandco products are crafted from a range of high-quality materials, including solid wood, engineered wood, durable plastics, and premium fabrics. Each product page provides specific material details for that item.

How should I care for wood, plastic, and fabric parts?

- Wood: Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture.
- Plastic: Clean with mild soap and water, using a soft cloth to prevent scratches.
- Fabric: Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a gentle upholstery cleaner.

Is the furniture resistant to scratches or stains?

Our furniture is designed with protective finishes to help resist everyday wear, light scratches, and minor stains. However, proper care, such as using coasters, placemats, or protective pads, will help maintain its appearance over time.

Does the product require assembly?

Some items arrive fully assembled, while others may require minimal assembly. Each product listing includes details about assembly requirements, and we provide clear instructions as well as optional professional assembly services in select areas.
