Modify / Cancel Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Order Modification

If you need to modify your order (change quantity, update shipping address, or adjust product details), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We can accommodate modification requests within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we may not be able to make changes.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. How to Submit a Request

  1. Email us at support@caloandco.com with the subject line: "Modify Order – [Your Order Number]" or "Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your order number, the changes requested, and your contact information.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm whether the request can be fulfilled.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
