All products purchased from Caloandco come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

2. What Is Covered

  • Structural defects in the product frame or body
  • Manufacturing faults in materials or finishes
  • Functional defects that affect the normal use of the product

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or installation
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration resulting from everyday use
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, direct sunlight, etc.)

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@caloandco.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

5. Warranty Claim Resolution

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Caloandco will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product or part
  • Repair the defective product
  • Issue a refund or store credit

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Caloandco reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
