At Caloandco, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or altered
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@caloandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@caloandco.com.
